JULY 2015

Message of thanks and photos from NJULI PARISH…..

I hope all is well with you. On behalf of Good Shepherd parish and the schools that surround it, I would like to acknowledge receipt with thanks all the items that we have received from yourselves.

In a special way, we are grateful to Pure Print for the good work they have done to us. The stationery and more especially the A4 size papers are useful and handy to us.

Brian Wilkinson has told us of the generous and good work that the staff of pure print did. They gave up their time to freely cut the paper and box them up ready to be sent to us.

Be assured that we do not take all the good work you do for us for granted. We are appreciative and thankful of your kind generosity for the good work you do for us.

The stationery is a valuable gift to our schools and parish. They will greatly assist to improve the performance of our schools and parish.

Stationery in Malawi is very expensive and unaffordable due to our meagre resources. We humbly beg Pure Print to continue providing us with more stationery next year so that our budget for buying paper will be reduced.

Brian, I would like you to also extend our heartfelt thanks to your family members, team of helpers who work for a whole seven months to make the container project realizable. They devote many hundreds of hours to make the container project possible. We are very grateful indeed.

We would also like you to extend our vote of thanks to all generous benefactors who kindly donated items like used sewing materials, pots and pans, ladies shoes, men’s shoes children’s clothing, reading glasses, used guitar, babies hats and knitted blankets. Very many thanks indeed to all these benefactors.

It is my sincere hope and prayer that all the photographs have been shared to all the benefactors, friends and people of good will, who generously contribute to the success of the container project.

Be assured that we will keep you all in our humble prayers and we pray that you should always remain blessed in your daily endeavours.

With kindest regards and every good wish to you all.

APRIL 2015 UPDATE

We have just heard that the Container will be in the port of Beira, Mozambique, on 29th April.   Well ahead of schedule.

It is then offloaded and taken to Blantyre in Malawi.

MARCH 2015 UPDATE

Our March Container contained 225 cartons containing computers. printers, sewing machines and domestic equipment.   All the cartons were packed around with bedding, curtains and clothing, to protect the breakables.

We also sent 118,000 sheets of A4 white paper for use by the schools and parishes.

A group of our parishioners have also started to knit squares of wool which are sewn into blankets.  They also make woollen hats for babies.

This year they have sent 26 blankets and 150 hats.
